Conviction and sentencing of defendant for possession of cocaine base for sale and possession of cocaine base is affirmed where trial court properly denied his motion to suppress evidence found after he was stopped on a parking violation, but reversed with respect to his possession conviction because that charge is a necessarily included offense of possession of cocaine base for sale.
