California Court of Appeal

People v. Clair, A127163

Conviction and sentencing of defendant on 46 felony counts, including committing lewd and lascivious acts with his daughter, a child under 14 years, Pen. Code section 288(a), are affirmed because sufficient evidence supports conviction, and where Pen. Code section 654 does not require the court to stay execution of sentence on defendant's conviction for distributing child pornography because he distributed different illicit images at different times and with different objectives.
