Conviction and sentencing of defendants for second degree murder, Pen. Code section 187(a), and three counts of vehicular manslaughter, Pen. Code section 192(c)(1), are affirmed where: 1) all of defendants' challenges, except their challenge on the ground of instructional error, are without merits; and 2) error in jury charge was harmless.
