In a dispute involving whether, pursuant to Penal Code section 1202.4(f)(3)(H), a court may order restitution for a contingency fee paid by the victim without first determining whether the fee was reasonable under a lodestar analysis, judgment of the trial court is affirmed where a trial court can award victim restitution for contingency fees without such analysis.
