In an action arising from defendant's sale of universal life insurance policies and alleging violations of the Unfair Competition Law, Bus. and Prof. Code section 17200, judgment of the trial court denying class certification is affirmed because common issues did not prevail where the facts as alleged by plaintiff failed to show that defendant use a common marketing strategy with respect to the policies.
