In an Election Code Section 13305 dispute, judgment of the trial court is affirmed where section 13305 permits the inclusion of the electioneering material proposed by real-party-in-interest and does not violate the First Amendment and equal protection rights of groups and persons not permitted to insert their own electioneering materials in the sample ballot mailing.
