In a petition for writ of administrative mandamus arising from the revocation of plaintiff's charter, judgment of the trial court granting writ is reversed where although plaintiff exhausted its administrative remedies, no due process violation occurred since Education Code section 47607 does not require either a formal presentation of all the evidence at a public hearing on revocation, or a separate evidentiary hearing before a neutral decision maker.
