In a dispute arising from an order denying appellant's motion for modification of a temporary spousal support, judgment of the family court is reversed to the extent that it incorrectly allocated appellant's severance pay to a single month for purposes of a provision in the parties' stipulated support order requiring payment by appellant of a 35 percent of his monthly compensation in excess of $25,000 to respondent.
