In an action against a residential property insurer for breach of contract, insurance bad faith, and fraud, judgment of the trial court is affirmed where court properly: 1) sustained, without leave to amend, defendant's general demurrer to the fraud, promissory fraud, and equitable estoppel causes of action; and 2) granted defendant's motion for summary judgment on the remaining claims for breach of contract, bad faith denial of insurance benefits, and punitive damages.
