In a dispute involving the enforceability of an arbitration award, judgment of the trial court is affirmed where: 1) appellants' claim that the award should be vacated on account of the arbitrator's failure disclose facts about his religion and family background is without merit; 2) trial court properly sustained motion to quash a deposition subpoena; and 3) appellants are not entitled to a statement of decision on the trial court's judgments.
