Convictions and sentencing of defendant for possessing child pornography, Pen. Code section 311.11(a), and committing a lewd and lascivious act on a child under the age of 14, section 288(a), is vacated and remanded with respect to the sentence in order to allow the trial court to exercise its discretion in determining whether to impose consecutive or concurrent sentences, but affirmed in all other respects.
