Conviction and sentencing of defendant for second degree murder under Pen. Code sections 187(a) and 189, gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated under Pen. Code section 191.5(a), driving under the influence of alcohol under Veh. Code section 23152(a), and driving with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or more under Veh. Code section 23152(b), are affirmed where sufficient evidence supports conviction.
