California Court of Appeal

In re J.S., H036274

In a Welfare and Institutions Code section 300 proceeding, judgment of the juvenile court granting physical custody to the biological father and terminating its jurisdiction is affirmed where, although the court erred by terminating jurisdiction without making an express finding in support of that decision as required by Section 361.2(c), there was no reasonable probability that it would have reached a different result in the absence of the error.
