In a dispute arising form a failed home purchase transaction during a public auction, judgment of the trial court holding appellants in breach of contract, awarding damages, and authorizing retention of appellants' bid deposit is affirmed where appellants failed to show that the court abused its discretion in refusing to set aside its finding they had breached the purchase agreement or in rejecting the application of collateral estoppel.
