In a dispute arising from an asset purchase agreement, judgment of the trial court denying plaintiff's motion to compel arbitration is affirmed where because plaintiff failed in a bankruptcy proceeding to schedule the claims asserted in its complaint, those claims had not been abandoned, and, only the bankruptcy trustee has the right to compel arbitration of the claims asserted by plaintiff.
