In an action brought by the Attorney General alleging violation of the state law on cigarette distribution by defendant, Rev. & Tax. Code, section 30165.1(e), (b), (c), judgment of the trial court dismissing action for lack of jurisdiction is reversed where defendant purposefully derived benefit from California activities under the stream of commerce theory, sufficient to invoke personal jurisdiction.
