Conviction and sentencing of defendant on mulitple charges relating to child pornography are upheld in part and vacated in part where convictions of possession of child pornography in violation of Penal Code section 311.11 and furnishing a controlled substance to a minor in violation of Health and Safety Code section 11353 were respectively based on insufficent evidence and instructional error.
