In an inverse condemnation dispute, Code Civ. Proc. section 1263.510(a), judgment of the trial court is reversed where although court correctly held that the lessor of a business was not entitled to compensation for lost goodwill because it did not own the business located on the condemned property, it misinterpreted a clause in an agreement between lessor and lessee purporting to waive lessee's right to any condemnation award.
