In a labor and employment action alleging sexual harassment, retaliation and related causes of action, summary judgment in favor of defendant on all claims is affirmed in part and reversed in part where trial court erred in judgment on plaintiff's retaliation claim under the California Fair Employment and Housing Act, Govt. Code section 12900 et seq.
