California Court of Appeal

People v. Heslington, G043371

Dismissal of charges against defendant for possession of a controlled substance is reversed where, because the search warrant affidavit was partially sealed, the trial court misapplied the Hobbs procedure and granted defendant's motion to suppress, thus erroneously preventing the People from proceeding with their action.
