In an action against wireless service provider-defendant for violation of the unfair competition law (UCL), Bus. & Prof. Code, section 17200 et seq., the Consumers Legal Remedies Act (CLRA), Civ. Code, section 1750 et seq., and fraud, judgment of the trial court denying motion for class certification is affirmed where substantial evidence show that defendant did not make uniform representations to plaintiffs.
