In a class-action dispute seeking injunctive relief and damages under the Song-Beverly Credit Card Act, Civ. Code section 1747 et seq., judgment of the trial court is affirmed in part and reversed in part where: 1) plaintiffs lacked standing to Prosecute Unfair Competition Law claim; 2) section 1747.08 does not cover the use of a business credit card; 3) whether, for purposes of section 1747.02 analysis, a personal card is used occasionally or primarily for business purposes is a distinction without a difference; and 4) trial court improperly denied class certification.
