In an action brought under California's unfair competition law, Bus. and Prof. Code section 17200 et seq., judgment on the pleadings in favor of defendants is reversed where the Federal Aviation Administration Authorization Act, 49 U.S.C. section 14501 et seq., does not preempt an unfair competition action based on alleged violations of state labor and unemployment insurance laws.
