In a dispute arising from an order terminating mother’s parental rights, under Welf. and Inst. Code sections 366.26 and 395, judgment of the juvenile court is affirmed where: 1) child's sister lacks standing; 2) the juvenile court erred in finding the minor adoptable; 3) the beneficial parental relationship exception to adoption applied; 4) the sibling relationship exception to adoption applied; and 5) guardianship, rather than adoption, was the preferred permanent plan are unpersuasive.
