In an action for breach of a commercial lease agreement arising from an unlawful detainer action and subsequent eviction of plaintiff, judgment of the trial court is reversed because plaintiff is entitled to seek compensation for losses she allegedly incurred following enforcement of the erroneous initial judgment in the unlawful detainer action.
