Imposition of five consecutive indeterminate life terms for kidnapping and other nonhomicide offenses coupled with five consecutive 20-year enhancements for juvenile-defendant's use of gun in the commission of a crime upon remand, is reversed where a term of years beyond the juvenile's life expectancy for nonhomicide offenses is tantamount to a sentence of life in prison without the possibility of parole, such that the sentence is unconstitutional.
