California Court of Appeal

People v. Grant, A128728

Conviction and sentencing of defendant for pimping in violation of Penal Code section 266h(a) is affirmed, where conviction is not a violation of defendant's substantive due process right under the Fourteenth Amendment because penal statute does not criminalize mere cohabitation in the household of a known prostitute.
