In a dispute arising from defendant's post-judgment motion for an order relieving him of the lifetime sex offender registration requirements of Penal Code section 290, judgment of the trial court denying motion on the basis of Penal Code section 17(e) is affirmed where section 17(e) restricts a trial court's authority to terminate a lifetime registration requirement.
