California Court of Appeal

San Diego Unified School Dist. v. Commission on Professional Competence, D057740

In a dispute arising from a denial of a writ of mandate and involving the termination of real party's employment as a teacher following an obscene solicitation of sex on Craigslist, judgment of the defendant reinstating real party is reversed where there is no substantial evidence supporting defendant's reinstatement order since the evidence shows both evident unfitness to serve as a teacher and engagement in immoral conduct, either of which constituted grounds for termination.
