In a petition for mandate seeking to set aside the suspension by the Department of Motor Vehicles of his driving privileges, judgment of the trial court denying petition is reversed where provision blood test to results to petitioner minutes before a hearing despite his request for it approximately one month before, denied him due process as the timing of the provision did not give petitioner full and fair opportunity to present a meaningful case.
