In a dispute arising form an action for tortious interference with contract and other business torts for the sale of an interest in a Mexican business, judgment of the trial court staying an action against residents of California on the ground of forum non conveniens is affirmed where the court properly found Mexico to be a suitable alternative forum and the mode and outcome of its balancing test did not constitute an abuse of discretion.
