In a petition for a writ of mandate arising from a dispute at the intersection of the Marijuana Reform Legislation of the 1970's (MRL) and the rights of plaintiffs in an MRL action to discovery, discovery order of the trial court is reversed because order will impair the privacy rights of defendant's job applicants under the MRL.
