In a dispute involving an alleged breach of a consent decree by defendants and the award of attorney fees under Civil Code section 1717 judgment of the trial court is reversed where section 1717 applies to the relevant consent decree and the court used an incorrect legal standard in determining the prevailing party under Hsu v. Abbara.
