Conviction and sentencing of defendant on gang-related charges are upheld as modified where: 1) the trial court properly denied motion for judgment of acquittal on kidnapping charge; 2) there was sufficient evidence to establish gang enhancement; 3) the trial court did not erred on conviction for both firearm and gang enhancements; 4) the trial court did not award the appropriate amount of presentence custody credit; and 5) trial court did not improperly imposed court facilities assessments.
