Sentencing of defendant to multiple life sentences for murder and attempted murder upon a plea agreement is reversed because a criminal defendant who enters a guilty plea on the understanding that he will serve one lifetime in prison cannot be sentenced to serve two or more lifetimes without first being given an opportunity to withdraw his plea.
