In a dispute over the scope of reimbursement entitlement under Welf. and Inst. Code section 14124.76(a), judgment of the trial court is affirmed in part and reversed in part where court properly calculated reimbursement amount due under section 14124.76 but erred in finding that it lacked authority to order a refund of overpayment because under the plain language of section 14124.76(c), the court had such jurisdiction.
