Conviction of defendant and suspended imposition of sentence with four years in county jail for second degree murder, PC section 187(a), is affirmed where trial court properly denied defendant conduct credits for his time in county jail pursuant to section 2933.2 because statute does not apply only to those who are sentenced to prison.
