In a petition for writ of mandate alleging that defendant violated the provisions of the Trial Court Employment Protection and Governance Act, Gov. Code section 71600 et seq., denial of injunction by trial court is reversed in part and affirmed in part where actions by defendant violated the Act and its own policies and rules, but plaintiffs were not denied due process.
