In Re Cesar V., H035504
Juvenile court's findings that petitioner violated Penal Code section 415(1), making a challenge to fight in a public place, and that these offenses were committed for the benefit of a criminal street gang, Pen. Code section 186.22(d), are affirmed where a violation of that section 415(1) not a specific intent offense, and the evidence supports the court's findings. Case remanded to determine the misdemeanor or felony status of the offenses.
