In a wrongful death action, alleging defendants negligently supervised their son, who suffered from Asperger's Syndrome, lived as a dependent with his parents and shot and killed two people before going home and committing suicide, summary judgment for defendants is reversed where the court abused its discretion by denying plaintiffs a continuance to complete their discovery of physicians.
