California Court of Appeal
Roe 59 v. Doe 1, B215948
In plaintiffs' suit against several Catholic Church entities claiming various causes of action based on allegations that even though the defendants knew that a priest molested children who attended his church, they continued to keep the priest in place as a parish priest, trial court's judgment sustaining defendants' demurrers to the complaint is affirmed as, the statute of limitations on the plaintiffs' claims expired years before they sued, and they did not sue in 2003 during the Legislature's one-year revival window for such claims.
