California Court of Appeal
In re T.C., C065121
Juvenile court's order terminating a mother's parental rights to her two-year-old daughter is affirmed as, the mother's argument that the trial court abused its discretion in failing to appoint separate counsel for the two children at the permanency planning stage of the proceedings, because it was apparent there was a conflict in their interests, is without merit as there was no actual conflict of interest between the siblings.
