Defendant's petition for review of a juvenile court order setting a hearing under Welfare and Institutions Code section 366.26, is denied where: 1) visitation dependency proceedings is subject to the limitations imposed by a parole parent's conditions of parole; 2) the juvenile court did not improperly delegate its visitation authority to the parole officer; 3) there is substantial evidence to support the findings there was no reasonable probability or returning the child to defendant's care by the 12-month review date, the social worker offered or provided reasonable reunification services to defendant, and the social worker did not have the obligation to intercede in the father's parole modification proceedings; and 4) there was substantial evidence to support the juvenile court's decision to terminate reunification services and, in any event, the court may properly consider a parent's parole conditions when fashioning orders in the best interest of his or her child.
