Trial court's order removing the district attorney and defendant's public defender for making criminal threats, and an order declaring defendant mentally incompetent to stand trial and committing him to a state hospital, are affirmed where: 1) the trial court did not err by conducting a single mental competency hearing applicable to all three cases pending against the defendant; and 2) the trial court did not err when it appointed conflict counsel to represent defendant at the competency hearing, as the trial court correctly observed defendant's death threat against his public defender created a potential conflict of interest requiring the appointment of new counsel.
