People v. Sigala, B222758

Conviction of defendant for three counts of continuous sexual abuse of a child under the age of 14 years, and sentenced to three consecutive terms of 45 years to life based on two prior convictions under the three strikes law, is affirmed, as defendant's challenge to CALCRIM No. 1120 is without merit, and any error in defining the nature of the prohibited touching in this case would necessarily be harmless as the conduct described by the victims was unquestionably of a sexual nature.
