Conviction of defendant for murder, and conspiracy to commit murder, and jury's finding true gun and gang allegations as to each count, is affirmed where: 1) the trial court did not err in denying defendant's challenges to several potential jurors for cause, and no examination is necessary where, as here, defendant did not challenge for cause any of the jurors who sat on this case; and 2) although, under the plain language of Evidence Code section 1202, defendant was entitled to introduce evidence of his inconsistent statements even though he was available to testify at trial, any error in excluding the evidence was harmless.
