In plaintiff general contractor's suit against a school district for breach of contract, trial court's entry of judgment in favor of the plaintiff is affirmed as the trial court did not abuse its discretion in awarding plaintiff all of the attorney fees that it incurred in litigating the case, pursuant to the terms of the performance bond and Civil Code section 1717.
