Conviction of defendant for second-degree robbery with a knife use enhancement and assault by means likely to cause great bodily injury are affirmed where: 1) substantial evidence supported the jury's determination that security guards were robbery victims; 2) defendant was not prejudiced by the jury instruction defining the circumstances in which a security guard may be a robbery victim; and 3) trial court properly denied defendant's motion for self-representation.
