In an action against a school district under the Reporting by School Employees of Improper Governmental Activities Act (Act) by a former teacher in the district, judgment for defendant is affirmed where, because the matters plaintiff sought to disclose did not constitute "improper governmental activities" under Ed. Code section 44112, they did not constitute “protected disclosures" under the Act.
