Greenlake Capital, LLC v. Bingo Invs., LLC, B215487

In an action to recover plaintiff's fee for identifying and procuring a credit facility in favor of defendant, summary judgment for defendants is reversed where triable issues of fact relating to which services were barred by Cal. Real Estate Law section 10136, and which were compensable under the parties' agreement, precluded summary judgment.
